"The idea is that the client, who must
be at least 1/2 stone overweight, comes to a small group exercise class twice a week where
there are only 10 people in each class ensuring individual attention", explained
Alan.
Margaret Minto has lost 2 stones, 1lb, says:

The club places a lot of emphasis on exercise
and small percentage on diet. Everyone is weighed and given a diet sheet on their
first visit and are put through safe and fully supervised exercises on the latest
cardiovascular equipment. Alan believes that traditional methods used by slimmers,
ie, calorie counting and weighing and measuring food keeps people thinking about food and
makes them hungry. "We try to get away from that and encourage people to
exercise their way to fitness and a slimmer figure" he added. |
